Elizabeth Seng, Ph.D

Dr. Elizabeth K. Seng's research is broadly focused on psychological and social factors that facilitate or interfere with behavioral treatment of chronic disorders with episodic symptoms and optimal decision-making for medication adherence. Her current research is focused on improving treatment of headache disorders and other painful conditions by 1) identifying the mechanisms of behavioral treatments, 2) exploring psychosocial factors that predict outcome of behavioral and pharmacologic treatments, and 3) describing optimal decision-making in the context of medication adherence.
